As your Gentle Sleep Coach, I’ll provide step-by-step coaching and support throughout your family’s transition. Through a series of techniques, parents will learn to create the changes that promote healthy sleep habits. Together we’ll create a personalized sleep plan based upon your child’s specific temperament, sleep patterns and habits, and through consistent, loving, responsive and patient reinforcement your child will learn to put himself/herself to sleep.
